On April 15, Ambassador Zhou Jian attended the International Chinese Language Day celebration at Fiji Yatsen Secondary School, joining over 400 teachers, students, and representatives from the Chinese community in appreciating the charm of Chinese culture.

In his address, Ambassador Zhou stated that Chinese Language is not only a millennia-old cipher of civilization but also a cultural bridge connecting the world and a golden key to opportunities. He encouraged students to explore the treasures of Chinese culture through language learning, broaden their horizons for future development, and become ambassadors of China-Fiji friendship. During the event, Ambassador Zhou donated Chinese textbooks to the school, recognizing its contributions to Chinese language education in Fiji.

Centered on the theme "Chinese Language: A Gift Across Time and Space," the event featured captivating student performances including ethnic dances, Chinese songs and poetry recitations. The cultural experience zone offered interactive activities such as calligraphy, paper-cutting, and tea art, where participants enthusiastically immersed themselves in the profound beauty of Chinese culture.
