1.Processing Time

The opening hours of the consular lobby is from 10:00-11:30am & 3:00-4:00pm on Mon/Wed/Fri, except holidays. Business will not be accepted on other working days due to other work arrangements.

The Rush Fee is 40 FJ$, and the Urgent Fee is 60 FJ$

Please be noted that the above-mentioned processing time is for normal circumstances. Some individual applications may need a longer processing time. Should this occur, please wait patiently for further notification from the embassy.

In accordance with the principle of reciprocity, Chinese visa fees for some foreign citizens not applying in their countries of citizenship may be different from those stated above. Please take the embassy or consulate’s explanation as the final authority.

3.Payment Methods

The consular lobby does not accept cash. Please pay to the Westpac Bank account of the Embassy. The bank details are as below:

- For payments made at Westpac Bank counters, please write the applicant’s name in the “Narrative” field.

- For online banking transfers, please include the applicant’s name in the remarks. Any service charges or transaction fees incurred through online banking must be borne by the applicant.

- For WeChat Pay, please scan the code on-site at the time of visa collection. Payment is calculated in Fijian dollars and converted to RMB at the real-time exchange rate. The WeChat account must be verified and linked to a Chinese Mainland identity.
